GENERAL POLICIES:

ATTENDANCE: Attendance to all classes throughout the season is absolutely imperative to each dancer’s individual progression and growth. Please keep this in mind throughout the year and keep absences to a minimum. Should a student be ill or unable to make class, please make sure to notify us via studio email or phone. If you call outside of office hours, please leave a message to let us know. Our end of the year showcase (Recital) is in June (date TBA). Please be aware that the weeks leading up to this event are imperative. This is important so that each child and the group as a whole have a successful performance and positive experience after working so hard all year.

MAKE-UP POLICY: Should a student be absent from class, please see the front desk if you wish to make up that class. All students may do so within the same age group in a different class during the week. Make-up classes need to be completed within two weeks of the absence.

DROPPING CLASS: We really believe in teaching our children to complete the commitments they’ve made. This is to help us efficiently instill our core values and help teach them to be accountable, hard working students. If this commitment will not be completed, a parent must come in to fill out a “DROP FORM”. Auto-pay tuition will terminate on the first of the following month.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: We are proud to host a positive and encouraging environment here at MB Dancers. We will not tolerate negative or aggressive behavior inside these walls. No dancer should speak ill of another dancer. No parent should speak ill of another parent. No parent should speak about another person’s child and vise versa. If this behavior is displayed, you will be asked to leave the studio. No exceptions.

TUITION POLICIES: To complete registration, first month must be paid in full with the additional $30 annual registration fee per dancer.

1. After registration, all monthly tuition payments are due on the FIRST of each month. We use an automatic billing system that will automatically charge your tuition to the card on file. Should you wish to pay by a different method, please do so BEFORE the first of the month, or your card will be automatically charged.

2. Tuition is based on a 10 month calendar and divided evenly. There are no refunds for missed classes. Classes will not be prorated.

3. Bounced checks and declined cards will incur a $30 fee.

4. All accounts must be up to date with no pending payments in order to participate in our recital at the end of the year.
